My questions are:
What are the major credit cards? What is a debit
card? How does a debit card differ from a credit card? What is a travel
and entertainment card? How does such a card differ from a credit card?
What is a charge card? How does it differ from a credit card? Do the
issuers of all of the above cards charge annual fees? What kinds of
institutions issue each of the above kinds of cards?

Some lady I talked to said there isn't a differeence between a credit card
and a charge card. My teacher wouldn't have asked that question if there is
no difference.

Also, is there any organization or government agency that can give me the
answers?
