Do you know of any cards that offer grace period on balance transfers (not just on purchases)? If available, please provide info on how to apply.

Dear Amnon,

I have seen some of Chase's credit cards apply a grace period to a balance transfer for the first month only, but whether this is still common practice I am not so sure. Most cards apply balance transfers as a cash advance, therefore, applying interest on a daily rate.

How does one go about finding and compiling a list of credit cards with such a feature? I believe this is as significant a feature as grace period on purchases, but overlooked by most if not all experts.
