To all,

We recently had someone complain that they applied for the Fleet Titanium Cash Rebate card on our site and, two weeks later, received a standard titanium card. Just curious if anyone else has had this problem? Fleet tells me that the link on our site is fine, however, Fleet’s customer service dept. insists that this person’s titanium card has no cash reward features. Would appreciate any feedback.

We know how much I love Fleet (ha!), but to my knowledge Fleet’s Titanium Card does not come with a Cash Rebate award-at least ours did not. Fleet Titanium’s draw is its offer of low interest rates. I am sure the rebate card is probably another unethical lure from Fleet Credit Card Services.
