Do any cards give miles for transfers and which airmile card in the most flexible as far as using any airline and no blackout dates?

I know of a couple of card off hand that offer miles for transfers. The Miles One card by Capital One offers up to 5,000 miles for balance transfers. Aria by Providian offers up to 1,250 points (which can be converted to miles) for transfers.
