Can someone recommend the best "cash back" card program out there. It seems that American Express has the best, but I would prefer to have a Visa or Mastercard since AE isn't accepted at as many merchants. I want to use 1 card for high volume purchases. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Fleet has a pretty good deal going on right now with their Cash Rebate Platinum Card (it's a MasterCard). You can earn a full 2% back on your purchases, without carrying a balance like the AmEx Cash Rebate Card. The only drawback is that there is a $500 cap on rebates that can be earned per year. Of course, you'd have to spend $25,000 per year on your card in order to reach that limit.
