Hello:

I keep seeing a bank called capital one.... offering a "fixed
rate" of
9.9%..... NOT an introductory rate! Fine... Then, you read the
fine
print...

"go over your credit limit, or miss a payment, and the rate
adjusts to
19%!!! Bingo, back at square one.... a credit card with a high
interest
rate! Just like All the others.... there all the same!

The whole credit card/bank thing is a joke or scam in my
opinion... All
these hidden rules, gimmicks, tricks, etc....

Persons with excellent credit, such as myself, should get a card
under
10%, no gimmicks, tricks, rate hikes, just a good card!

Ive had the same card for years, and wanted to switch, but why
bother?
Unless I find something that is true and honest!

I have yet to find that card yet!

The government ought to leave microsoft alone, and start getting
on the
banks about their card practices and advertising, etc.

Are you a moron or under 25. Probably both. There's nothing "hidden" about how a credit card company operates. But you do have to read the "rates and disclosures" to know how they operate. And besides...what are you doing missing two payments or spending over your credit limit? Quick! Hire a private-eye agency to recover the other half(two-thirds) of your brain. "More power to the people" who can read. I hate these money people as much as you do but you have to be as smart or smarter than they are. The lesson here is that you take the time to read all the print before you commit. Usudu
