I get so tired of hearing go to our wed page and check your account on the phone while I am paying long distance. They say on a recording check your account at crosscountrybank.com Well guess what I have been on now for 1hr. and I can not find the window to check my acc. just everything about getting a new one and all about the types of account. Why don’t they just say or have a window that says check on your acc. make it easy. Boy the words that I would like to say. I just don’t talk Like that.

It’s called “Access your account / Make a payment” at that bank
