Post subject: Best Fixed Rate Credit Card for Balance Transfers

I hold numerous major credit cards that I have had for some time. My
discover card has the greatest balance and I was told that I could not
apply for a better rate or a new card and transfer my balance between
one discover card and another better discover card.
I am looking for a card with no annual fee, online payment option,0% APR
for 6 months, a fixed rate of 7.9% and the most attractive balance
transfer options. Time is of the essence. Thank you for your
assistance.

Unfortunately, the lowest rate card you will find on our report is 7.92% fixed (classic card from Arkanksas Natl. Bank) and it comes with $50 annual fee. Interest rates have risen significantly in the last few months.
