Does anyone know of a credit card that offers “frequent flier” points BUT that lets you fly ANY airline? Right now I have CapitalOne which is about $20 annual fee and allows you to fly on US based carriers only. Some time ago I heard a radio ad for a card that allowed you to fly on any airline (not just US based) AND that had no annual fee; damned if I can remember it! Can anyone help me out?
Thanks.

Dear Paul,

You may be referring to the WebMiles MasterCard? Their web site is http://www.webmiles.com. Or pehaps the First Union AirMiles Plus Card? Their web site is http://www.firstunion.com. Those are the only two I can think of at this time that offer miles for any airline…

Sincerely,
