Hi,
I'm interested to know whether there are any low-rate cards that offer a feature whereby the consumer (moi) racks up frequent-flier miles while using his card -- moreover, one whose FFMs can be applied to more than one airline, and one that doesn't have an annual fee. United Airlines has a designated card, for instance, that costs $60/yr and stacks miles only for its own carriers. A rather obvious method of making money for itself udner the guise of customer service. This is one of those instances where the verb "service" relates more to animal husbandry than to happy human customers.
Thanx

There are a few cards that you can use the miles you earn at more than one airline. Our favorite, Diner's Club
(http://www.cardratings.org/rebates6.html ), unfortunately comes with an annual fee. But, the perks that come with this card are well worth the fee
in our opinion.

If you don't want to pay this much, consider the MilesOne card by Capital One
(http://www.cardratings.org/rebates6a.html The fee is a modest $19.

Hope this helps! If you run across a better offer, please let us know...
