I had my card stolen on a visit to Europe and $7000 where taken out , The credit card co. wants me to pay for it and also put it on my credit report because I will not pay it.
Can they do that? are they breaking any laws? Please advise to what action I can take.

Bo,
What "brand" of credit card was stolen (Amex, Diners, Visa, MasterCard, Discover) ? Also, how long did it take you to report the fraudulent charges? If it had been more than sixty days since the statement date then you may be liable for all the charges on your card. Fill us in and we'll let you know.
Take Care,
