I have a Wachovia prime for life card that I am happy with. My question goes to anyone who might be able to answer:
WHAT WILL BE THE EFFECT OF THE WACHOVIA-FIRST UNION MERGER 0N WACHOVIA'S CREDIT CARD RATES? I AM PRAYING NOTHING CHANGES.

It is going to change!Why would these jerks sell their c.c. receiviables?There are not making enough money on it,so therefore they have sold out to F.U.Don't know how the new terms would be like,but there is some kind of change coming about.Just watch your statements very close for any little bill stuffers noting a changes of terms of agreement.Anytime that a new company takes over you bet their will be changes!Your credit card agreements does say that!I wish the best for you as far with what F.U. does to your agreement.

Thanks for the advice. You are the only one to reply to this question on 3 different message boards. I will watch VERY close. Now I found out it may be Bank One (FUSA) buying the CC accounts. OH NO! There goes my 7.5%.
