I am in the army and im in korea . How do i apply for a credit card and recive it here?

I would think that the procedure is the same no matter where you are; fill out an application, mail it in, wait a while, and either receive your new card or a letter telling you why they rejected you. The only problem might be that some card issuers might require a hard address rather than an APO.
