I do not know of any Companies that allow you to use Cash Advances, ect to accumulate points, ect.. A lot of people today are paying for their Childrens college tuition with their credit cards, because it is considered a purchase.. A lot of Colleges are putting a stop to it, because they are losing up to 3% as a payback to visa and mastercard.

be careful of higher APRs and annual fees on rewards cards, you may be better off contacting your airline and gettting a frequent flyer type program through them.
