I am in need of a secured credit card, but all the ones i have looked at ask for a "social security number". Can anyone tell me if they know of an issuer who deals with non US citizens, or, what other options are open to me. Thanks

Do you have a tax ID number instead of SSN? Then Citibank can give you a (secured) card.
