I currently have a 9.9% Fixed APR card, but I have heard of cards available as low as 7.9%. My search through the internet has yielded me no success, can you make any suggestions?

I know Bank of America has an 8.9% fixed APR card, but I think it's offered by invitation only. I have not heard of any 7.9% fixed cards.

Bank of america's 8.9% A.P.R. is good on balance transfer only. This rate lasts until the balance is paid-off.Fleet,and providian used to offer the 7.9% cards, but are no longer availiable to anyone. But i have read some posts that a few people that has these 2 cards are still carrying the 7.9% rate, just that new applicants will get nothin better then 9.9% fixed rate.Fleet has went up to 12% on it's cards recently.

The lowest rate I know of is from Pulaski Bank. A non-teaser rate of 7.99% APR.

This card is harder then ***** to get!You need excellent credit, and a very low debt to income ratio to qualify for this damn card! This bank is very, very picky who they will approve for credit!Take my word for it!
