Looked at the offers listed for low intro rates. I noted the Discover Platinum did not show there was a fee for balance transfers, but I believe there is if you read the small print. Can anyone confirm?

Thanks for your post! There is no fee associated with the Discover offer. In fact, Discover pays you…to the tune of $20 (if you apply online using the link on our site)! Not a bad deal IMHO.

MBNA is getting into instant credit decisions in where you call the telesales dept, who takes all of the information and then will transfer you to the Credit Department who will make an Instant Decision right on the spot.. You can set Up Balance Transfers, ect at that time.. There is not any fee if it is done then.. MBNA also has low interest rates available for as Low as 0 % for up to nine months .. There are also rates for 1.7% and up..
