I see advertisements for a fusion smart chip card, from fleet, offering 0% APR until March 2002, and 9.99% fixed APR after that date on transfers. Has anyone heard about this, and is it too good to be true?

I signed up for the Fusion card a few weeks ago. 0% until July 2002. You have to make a no fee balance transfer which will have an interest rate of 9.99%. Here's a tip, make a minimal balance transfer on your application, and pay it off immediately before you charge anything. Pay them through their online bill payment feature to avoid mailed payments being late. Make sure your never late or you can kiss the promo rate goodbye.

I just called Fusion card and Fleet card to apply a new account, the intro offer is 0% (first 6 months) and only for purchase, despite I have excellent credit score, they don’t even aware of any offer until July 2002. Can I have more info for that offer 0% until July 2002 which Harry was talking about? Thank you soooo much.
