I would like to thank you guys for letting me communicate my frustration
with one card and my praise of another. It’s too bad you could not
collect and batch our reviews to the paticular card companies you
recieved reports (reviews) on. I always feel ignored when I submit a
complant to the card company by myself.
Thanks again

I currently have two cards, Capital One and MBNA. I want only mine but do not know how to find consumer info to determine how cards or financial instutions are ranked. Where can I get this info?

You can try reading the reviews on this website. It has a large collection of reviews by the website’s coordinators of which cards are the best and also an extensive collection of reviews by consumers who have the cards. I find it helpful, especially the consumer reviews. Also, you could check out Epinions.com for more reviews. Hope this helps.

Whenever I try to decide such a question, I consider interest rates, annual fees (if any) and things like that. It will depend on your specific accounts. For example, just because you have an MBNA card does not mean that you are getting the good MBNA rate that they advertise for new customers. So, even though a reviewer might think one bank is better than another, that might not be the case for your particular accounts.
