ZH,

Thanks for your post! We have rated this card with three stars. We have gotten some positive feedback about this card from consumers (our cardholder review sections gives this card a rating of 4.55). So, we will keep a close eye on the card. Citibank has had a similar cash back program in the past, but it didn't last very long. Hopefully, this particular card will be around for a while.

Curtis, can you recall what features it had (percentage of cash back, mainly), and how long it lasted?

Hopefully, this particular card will be around for a while.

Yeah, that was something I was wondering about, too. Their previous cash back program story might help us figure the future of the current one.

I am getting my first rebate check from them sometime at the end of the year, and I was thinking if I should stay with Citibank or move to Associates Citgo Visa that pays the same 1% cash back, but monthly as opposed to annually. That is a big plus in the world where rebate programs have even shorter lives than politicians' promises.
