If you are an authorized user on a credit card, and the primary user defaults on payments and it goes to collection, can the credit card company come after you (the authorized) user for money?

The answer to your Question is Yes and No.... They can try to come after you, but you are not responsible for repayment and do not be forced into paying.. On the other hand if you ran up the debt, then the moral thing to do would be to pay.. But again you are not legally responsible
