Do you see a correlation between one's FICO scores and the credit card rate and limit granted?

Clyde,
I would have to say yes. Those with higher FICO scores usually get low interest rates (estimate 9.99%-14.99%) and higher credit lines because they are considered to be more financially responsible. Unfortunately, many creditors try to determine an individual's worth on their credit score alone. Hope this helps.
