Well last night I did it. I applied online for AMEX Blue. Might have been a mistake, because it came back saying I would find out their decision in 7 to 10 days. Has anyone been approved after they said that? I'm really afraid I just wasted an inquiry. Oh well. If I did I will just keep trying to raise my scores for another 6 months or so and try again then.

I am not a professional on this ,but when we applyed it was not right away we got ok from them.
But the good news is if you get it there one of the best credit cards to have.
We have found them to be fair in all there dealings and have been with american express for several years on regular account.

Call 1-800-THE-CARD, it is an automated system which will tell you whether you are approved or declined.
