Why are they discriminating against current cardholders? Just because I'm a loyal customer of many years standing you'd think they'd want to reward me too, but no, just give the incentives to the newbies. Feh!

Thats how I felt about most things IRA, especially cell phones and the like. GUess you'll have to threaten to cancel to get them to bend over for ya..

Heck, just apply for another card. Odds are you'll get one with the goodies. I'm in the process of, um, upgrading my ancient cards to the newer ones with goodies. After you get the card, you can usually reallocate the card limits to take full advantage of the new card feaures...

That is an interesting idea. I am always thinking of combining cards into the existing (older card) since my credit history is only 8 years old and I made the mistake of closing some accounts in the past (before I figured out the folly of this).
