I just recently got an offer from MBNA for a Platinum Plus credit card with Select Rewards with no Annual Fee. Does anyone know anything about this new program or had any experience with it. I applied for the card and have not found out if I qualified for the card or not. Assuming I qualify for the card at some point I could do a review on the card. Just curious if anybody knew anything about this new program MBNA Select Rewards. Thanks alot.

What is the best card to use to pay expenses for a new home construction? There will be many charges, that will be paid off in 30 days, a card with airline miles? Low interest? What is the best card to use?

That's a very subjective question, and one which you have to answer for yourself. I agree that a rewards card is the best way to go, but it depends your likes, wants, and desires, and what is important to YOU. If you travel a lot, get a card which gives you air miles. If you drive a lot, get a card that gives you rebates on gas. IF you just want cash back, find the card that gives you the highest rebate. Look in the CARD REPORTS section of this board (just look above where you're reading right now and slightly to the left) and see what makes sense for you.
