Citibank is offering a great rate on their Citi Platinum Select card. 0% APR on balance transfers until May 1st, 2003. After that the rate goes ll the way up to 9.74%! Oh yes, zero balance transfer fee until May 1st, 2003! Same 0% interest rate on purchases and cash advances, but there is a 3% uncapped cash advance fee. If you don’t meet their credit criteria, your application will be processed for the Citi MasterCard, which has a lower credit limit, but the same 0% balance transfer rate. Call 800-715-4560 to apply.

This card is AMAZING! I applied for it and received a very generous credit limit (considering that I make only 15k as a part-time teller, full-time student). The balance transfers have really been beneficial. While I could have paid the balance off in full over a month, having the comfort of paying it off in smaller increments while I finish paying for school has beena God-send. I’m a member for life
