I just want to know if it’s good enough to recommend me this card. I’m interested this card and i just want to know about this card.

Honestly? A waste of time. Quantum is no better than a MBNA platinum plus card.

I think Quantum doesn’t charge foreign exchange fee.

I have a quantum card. It has a couple things that are better about it. First, I think you can get up to 250k credit line. Second, no foreign exchange fee, and you get higher insurance rates when traveling.

They also have a very similar travel concierge to AMEX, but this may also be available on the Platinum Plus Card.

I suppose it just depends. I dont think there is enough difference not to apply, at the same time I dont think there are so many advantages to blow the platinum plus out of the water.

I think you have to be approved for a 15k credit line to have a quantum card, but I am not positive.
