I just have a couple of quick comments and observations. Is Fleet one of the ten largest Credit card issuers? Also who does fleet market their credit cards too. I recently was browsing the internet and went to fleets web site and they have just added a bunch of new credit card offerings. It seems to me Fleet can't seem to figure out what customer it is marketing the prime customer or the average credit customer. Fleet just seems like a strange company that can't seem to figure out where its market is at. They do seem however to have a fairly good selection of credit card offerings. Are they doing well financially? Mabye I need to get a life. Well just for today I have no life. Tomorrow I will have a life just not today. thanks.

I have had nothing but trouble with fleet (fleece). They will increase your apr rate if they review your credit report and it contains derogatory information after you are approved for one of their accounts; even if you pay them on time and more than the minimum monthly payments. I had derogatory information entered on my credit report which was an error. The interest rates went from 10.34, 14.42 and 18.97%.
I never got the 9.9% interest; it started at 10.34%. I was too sick at the time the card came in the mail to argue with them. This company is getting away with some of the sleaziest tactics I have ever seen. I have never made any purchases on the card, I just transferred a balance. They have no heart with good customers. I am attempting to transfer my current balance from them, but I am scrutinizing other credit cards carefully before I do a transfer. Please read the fine print in credit card agreements. Read the entire agreement and any subsequent changes to the account agreement that they sent to you.
