On their website, DMB states they are not accepting CLI requests. Has anyone dealt with these guys on this before? Any success?

Hmm...strange. I have noticed similar things they have done in the past. Not my favorite issuer. Try reading consumer reviews here:

I didn't even mean to get it. It is the Platinum card. Decent limit (5k). Just signed u for the Apple (got a couple of IPods) no interest for 6 months deal and the card came in the mail. I have many better cards, but a realitively short credit history, so I keep it and charge something small on it every couple of months just to keep it reporting good credit for me.
