Post subject: Credit Card Protection Services

Your site came up when I was searching for information on Credit Card Sentinel. I have had a membership with them for many years and just renewed last year. I have tried contacting them so that I could update my information which they have on file. Their 800 # has been disconnected and their web address is not active. Can you tell me if they are still in business.

I would like to know if you offer or know who does offer credit card protection. That is my biggest concern at this time. I know individual credit card companies do offer credit protection, however, it is extremely expensive.

Curtis, I assume this is a reprint of a message that you received, rather than being from you. The obvious answer is that credit companies DO offer protection against loss or theft, and as far as I know non of them charge anything for the service.
