I think most credit card companies want 650+ - at least, for their better rates. Your score of 607 (TU tends to score on the low side) probably reflects the short time you’ve had credit.

Use what credit you have wisely, don’t be late or over the limit and the score should go up. One big factor in the score is the length of time you’ve had credit - longer is better. There are some good articles about improving your score under “credit information” at this site.

Being that your credit record is new that gives you a lower score.Paying on time, keeping balances down, and getting a card with a higher limit are the only things you can do for now.If you are desperate to get your score up quikly get a secured credit card that reports as an unsecured credit card and pile alot of money into it for a high credit limit.Good luck
