Has anyone had any experience in cashing the rebate coupon at a Costco for CASH (as opposed to using the coupon for in-store shopping)? If you have a $400 rebate, you do not want to waste $400 of potential AMEX "qualified spending" by having to use a coupon "in-house." It is better to get the cash in hand and then go charge the $400 to get $400 credit towards your next rebate check.How is Costco about this?(I do a lot of shopping there.)
