I received my Chase card first so have been using that one. Just recently I got the Citi card.
Are they pretty much the same? Is one better than the other?
I think if you reach your 300.00 limit on cash back, Citi lets you use their online merchants and if you purchase from them, you can go over your 300.00 cash back ceiling.
Any other benefits on one over the other?

I believe SuperWalmart is 5% for Chase cash plus, but only 1% for Citi Dividend.
My chase credit line is way way bigger 13K verses Citi Dividend 3.8K and that's after 9 months of heavy usage on the Citi card and a puny 1K increase wtih a hard inqury and a call to account managers!
It seems Citi gives small limits on the Dividend card. My wife got a small limit too 2.3K and then got 6K on the Citi Diamond card just a month later.
Dividend card comes with a 12 month no fee BT.
Chase cash plus comes with a 0% APR on purchases and BT's (but the BT have a fee).

Others have reported the same thing on citi getting 1% at super wal mart. I am just starting to use the chase card and was hoping that super wal mart got 5%. If so, I will use that as my purchase card and combine my citi limits and use it for a bt card for now.
With the citi card, they give you smaller limits to start and increase in a year or 2. probably not a big deal for me since I am at about the 300 dollar limit on rewards.
