I am in a good cash back situation here. I buy groceries like everyone else, and will be using my Citi Dividend for that. Also, my highly expensive apartment here in the NYC accepts credit cards as monthly payment, and I plan to use Amex Blue Cash for that.

My question is, are the cash back rewards for these cards calculated in a calender year, or anniversary year? Also, I don’t have Amex Blue Cash yet, so how are the cash back rewards redeemed?

My advice is to use the Citi Dividend Platinum for groceries , medicines & for gas station , but remember that they have a maximum cap of $300 , so if your cash back are approaching the maximum , request inmediately. Since i don’t Amex Blue Cash i can’t make an opinion.

I believe Blue Cash gives a credit to your account in Jan. (calendar year).
