Post subject: Looking for a New Credit Card with a Low Balance
Hello everyone! My wife and I are looking to get a new credit card in the near future. We both have great credit ratings, and I'm just wondering what card out there you guys think is the best. It's always going to be carrying a relatively low balance $2000 at all times. I'm not too interested in rewards programs or anything like that since we won't be using it for many purchases. I'm just looking for something with the lowest possible APR. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

This is totally up to you as to which card you would prefer to choose but I am partial to BofA www.bankofamerica.com
While you may say you have good credit, always check your credit reports before applying for new credit to ensure no one has placed anything derogatory on them even erroroneous, before applying for new credit. Check you debt ratios and all, and goto www.cardratings.com and read the card revues and see what others that hold cards you are interested have to say about a card you might be thinking of using. Good Luck!! Some other good primes are MBNA, Amex, and Pulaski.

Go with pre-approved offers first when possible. Look for 0% intro rates for at least 6 months and a low rate after that. Watch for hidden fees.
Most of the major cards have good intro deals now.
