I need a credit card that doesn't charge me a fee for purchasing items in a foreign country. Most charge 1-3% of the purchase price, but I know there are some out there that charge nothing. Would appreciate the name of some.
Thanks!

MBNA's Quantum doesn't charge foreign exchange fee. MBNA's Platinum Plus charges 1% which actually charged by Visa/MasterCard for the service. However, if you have 1% cashback card from MBNA, the exchange service would be cancel out; actually, you would earn extra 0.01% from the currency exchange service fee.
