When to Apply for a Reward Credit Card

Coming from Europe I've started to build credit history in March. Now my credit history is about 10 month old
Could anybody estimate after how much time of building good credit history is it reasonable to apply for a "better reward card"?
I already have a secured credit card (since 04/2000) a dep't card and an Installment account (opened only to build credit history). All these are in good shape being "never late".

I would suggest getting an unsecured "plain vanilla" card first, and after using it for at least 6 months - trying to get a rewards card.

You can try now, though, - the harm of an extra inquiry is not that bad, especially if you won't need extra credit in the nearest months.
