Hi. We recently accepted the offer from AT&T Universal card for a Zero Percent introductory with 5% cash back on groceries and drugs.
This sounds too good to be true. But I noticed it is listed on your home page as a really good deal.
We have really good credit (only downgraded because we don't carry balances) and really want to keep it that way. Will appreciate any information.
Thank you.

What information do you want? You got a great offer, take full advantage of it, and laugh all the way to the bank. There are a few other such offers out there. When you find one, run with it. It can't hurt.

I don't know if I'm the exception or the rule, but I never have the kind of problems depicted in those posts. I pay my entire balance in full every month, on time, and nobody ever bothers me. The few times I hve been a day or two late I have called customer service and apologized. Regardless of which card is involved, they have invariably credited back the late fee and the finance charges. On one MBNA card I offered to pay the finance charge since it was my fault that I was late, but the CSR said no need, you've been such a good customer I'll just waive it. I wish I could tell you what I'm doing right and the others are doing wrong. If I could figure it out mabe I could bottle it and sell it.
Oh by the way, there really is an S. Larson at Citibank. Honest!

While reading those consumer reviews, we have to remember that people are much less likely to tell everybody when they are happy with a service than if they feel they have been wronged.
I am another happy Citibank customer, have the same card (well, mine is called Dividend card, but it's the same reward program from the same issuer). They have been great to me over the years.
