Credit Tips: American Express Balance Transfer Credit Card

Hi: I want to apply for a credit card. Currently I have 2 credit cards…one with 0 balance no activity for about a year, the other a store card with acitivity $3000 credit limit…generally I owe under $1,000.

My question is:
Is there a credit card out there where I can transfer my American Express gold card balance for a ‘zero’ balance period with the new card.
I have a gold card that is under my husbands name as well. I would want to transfer about $4,700.
My credit score is: 773.

Also, can anyone recommend a good card for getting air miles. We really use it under the American Express program.
