I have many cards
I pay ALL of them in full, but there are times I dont pay until a few days late.
I want a card that charges me interest an NO late fee or annual charge.
My credit is perfect. There must be someone that has done the annual fee game and the late fee game and will charge a reasonable rate of interest and nothing more.
Gas cards still do that, and some dept store cards. Of course I make my charges accordingly.
Even 20% interest is much cheaper than these $20-$30 late fees.
If I chose to, I could get about $200k in credit within a month.
Someone must know a bankcard that is offerring these terms.
Please help me find those banks.

I like Ira tend to not to like caps, but all of the monitors of the board value your advice and you are welcome to contiue to use caps. You have been a posting on this board for quite some time and I always enjoy reading your posts. I know that you do not use caps for a malicious reason. One good thing about caps is that they are easier to read for some folks (since the font is larger).

I'm not offened, Ira. Some people just have their own way of doing stuff, even though the rest of us do it differently - I think they call it eccentric. I bet George can live with that. I guess maybe they have their own reasons. Whatever.... It's not worth fighting about is all.
Really, this is one of the best boards I've ever participated in - no petty nonsense, ya know? People really have questions and other people really try to help. And disagreements don't seem to dominate the board, like some others I've been on (and left).

We have southern blood!!!! Our typical high this time of year is upper 50's. It's been 30's for a long time now. brrrrr.
That's one of the reasons I don't live in NJ. Been there in winter, hahahahaha!

Paying late is one of the worst things that you can do for your credit. Banks keep internal scoring systems on accounts. If you continue to pay your account late, your APR will most likely be raised. Additionally, some penalty or risk pricing strategies allow for even higher fees on repriced accounts.
The only card I know of with no fees (on some offers) is the MBNA Quantum card. You need excellent credit to obtain this card. You might want to check it out, but again, late paying is one of the last things you want to do on your credit card accounts.
Most banks will adjust your payment due date to a more convenient time of the month. If this would help alleviate your late payments, you may want to look into that as a solution.

Late Fees are very bad on your credit as we all know, but there are reasons that banks set forth late fees other than just profit. Companies really do need to know when they are going to have their money come in so they can continue to offer new products/services. They can't just hope they will be getting paid back sooner or later. I would suggest looking for a card where you can pay yourself ahead at least a payment or that will change your due date as the board monitor has said.
