You might try Citibank Platinum Select at 1-800-950-5114. My current fixed interest rate is 9.9%. My credit though, is very good. We havent had any problems with them. Be careful of the services they offer. Just say no!!! And don’t EVER pay someone to give you credit!!! They want your business. You should never ever pay for that.

Citibank requires near perfect credit. Any negatives usually generate a denial.
