Post subject: Credit Card Fees for International Transactions

I am looking for a VISA or Diner's Club card that does not charge fees for purchases outside of the US. I do extensive traveling and do not want to be charged extra fees for my non-US transactions. Can you point me toward any companies that do not have these fees. Nothing is disclosed online at Citibank, First USA, etc. about these fees.
