I was wondering how long does a company have before they have to sue you for a credit card debt. It seems like there is a time limit on it and I can’t find it anywhere. Please e-mail if anyone knows. Thanks

there is not a time limit after you have not paid they sell your account to a bill collector for pennies on the dollar or if hasnt been sold yet you can get a payoff amount, or you can ask for some sort of assistance program
