Confused

I tried to figure out how CapOne received an 11.05 score on the Top 10 Platinum Cards when they have an apr score of 9900, a cash advance score of 3960, and an annual fee score of 190. These + points and the - points listed make it impossible for them to get a 11.05. Can you please help me understand? I’m very interested in making sure I find the right card for me.

Dear Confused,
So sorry for the confusion! The page that you are referring to regarding our ranking/scoring methods (http://www.cardratings.org/scoring.html) was considerably dated. For some reason, the page was not updated last fall to reflect our new scoring criteria… stranger things have happened with computers! You are the first person that has brought this to our attention and I do appreciate your interest. The good news is that the page in question is now updated! The scores for the cards listed, including Cap. One, have not been affected.
Hope this helps!
Best Regards,
