Post subject: Rebates from Credit Cards

I would like to know the names of Visa or Master Cards which
offer a percentage rebate in cash for using the card. These
two are widely accepted here. I read on the site where one
credit card firm offered as much as two percent. The credit
card was not listed. Thanks for your help!
