Credit Tips: Searching for Information on Retail Credit Cards

Post subject: Retail Credit Cards (TJ Max/Bell Atlantic)

Was searching for a new credit card that would provide rebates that could be
used as cash at regular retailers. I already have 2 but am looking to
upgrade. Was surprised that you not only did not have any (except ToysRUS)
but that you did not have the 2 I already have under review. TJX offers 1%
on everything and 5% on any of their stores back in credit. CHASE offers 1%
back in credit on everything towards Bell Atlantic phone bill (2% & 3% on
selected purchases at Bell INCLUDING the phone bill itself!!)

Thought there would be more of this type out there. But just the same old
airlines/gasoline/travel stuff. How come??

Thanks for your recent feedback! We are aware of these cards and will be adding them to our “soon to be released redesigned website”. We have not included them to date because most people are not very interested in these
type of retail cards.

In answer to your question…there are other retail cards out there. One tip (while you are waiting for our new site)…you might try perusing creditcardgoodies.com.
