Had a few good years with the card (First USA Cash Rewards).
Decided to
pay by internet. Went well one month, I got complacent and did
not
download proof of payment. Two months in a row my online
payments were not
credited. Huge interest and penalty wiped out every dollar-
back. Spoke
with the web manager and he indicated it was impossible for them
to fail to
credit accounts. (It was/is not impossible!). I am dropping
the card
immediately. Telephone customer service has gotten worse with
time
