You could try telling them that you will only transfer your balances if they waive the fee.

I haven't come across a 0% finance charges, 0% balance transfer fee offer in quite some time.

Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do.

They just don't like you Ira. My wife just got an offer for a Bank One platnium VISA for 0% APR on BT (no fee transfers) and purchases until June 2006 (yes 15 months).

We have a car loan with Bank One and I just got a Visa from Bank One with her as an AU. I guess they like her more than me because my card has BT fees.
