I felt I had to share with others before they go through the
same frustrations I have with the Driver’s Edge Citibank card.
It is not as easy as they make it sound to use the Cash Back
Award’s program. I would recommend that use read the details
and call them to find out what is exactly required to use the
cash back option. I will not use this card again and will cash
in my rebates if and when I can figure out how to do this - they
are not very helpful in this respect. Good luck.

I bought a new car, used the gm card rebate; also called the same day, at the dealership to obtain the citi driver edge rebate; they mailed me the form; I filled in, sent, and received a check appx two weeks later….they even calculated a little higher dollar amount based on additiional purchases I made after I called…..not sure why you had problems but I thought they were great…
