You have to apply with an individual company to get a credit card number, you can go to the main web site: www.cardratings.com to look up credit card offers available to apply for.

That was funny, but on the off chance that was not their meaning, still point them in the right direction. Remember we have seen some strange posts at this site over the last year or so, least by me... I remember a few posts of people trying to disptue here as if this was the customer service site for a specific credit card company... Remember one disputing for TransUnion here a while back also. Can be scary some of the perosnal inforamtion I have seen people post about themselves when seeking assistance. Plus interesting is that this site pulls in people posting from other countries from time to time, so even though they post english, don't always mean they are communicating corretly what they mean.

Some sites publsih stolen credit card numbers, as well as SS numbers, drivers license numbers, and all identity information. Usually that's combined with a temporary account to host the Web page--temporary because the credit card number used to open the account has also been stolen, so the site is closed down when that information is made known, if not sooner. You can be pretty sure that a request for a credit card number to open a hosting account is done by someone who wants to do evil--but who is too dumb to realize this isn't that kind of site.
